About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional eBusiness Manager - Oceania on a 10 month fixed-term, the successful candidate will:
- Act as the primary point of call for CMA CGM Group e-Business applications in OCEANIA region for technical support and training to customers and internal staff members
- Participate in the evolution of eBusiness products in OCEANIA region
- Provide support to agency users & Clients in Oceania Region to further enhance our relationship with our client base
- Record or log details of eBusiness support calls into the Support System and the resolution as required
- Identify, investigate and analyse eBusiness Information needs, business processes and procedures and specify systems requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in either Electronics or Computing.
- Extensive knowledge of CMA CGM IT applications is preferred
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in IT Application support or eBusiness application support is required
- Sound knowledge of business system terminology and concepts
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Exceptional Customer Service Orientation
