Join our team as Deputy Director, where you'll be at the heart of driving the day-to-day operations of the Australian War College's Defence and Strategic Studies Course (DSSC).
Your role will be multifaceted, from coordinating overseas visits to managing budgets. You'll exercise financial approvals, procure essential goods and services, and develop induction programs for staff and students. Liaising with our academic services provider, Deakin University, and other education stakeholders you will be critical in ensuring DSSC's learning objectives are met.
Your support extends to administrative processes for students and staff, while also managing facilities and coordinating major events. Your collaboration across the Australian War College, Defence Learning Branch, and with overseas Defence Attaches will enrich the DSSC learning environment.
