We have a Full-Time EME Project Manager position available to support our increased levels of demands of the business. This is a long-term secure position for the right person.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Review design drawings, client issued scopes of work and initiates EME surveys and reports.
- Ensure construction activities are undertaken in accordance with legislative requirements in the areas of work, health, safety and compliance.
- Ensures works are conducted in accordance with specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
- Initiates and monitors work scope change and variation processes.
- Ensures client satisfaction in delivery of work scope and reports to clients on works progress as required.
- Consults with Construction Manager to manage projects delays, inclement weather and onsite emergencies.
- Works directly with field Staff to ensure timely issue of delivery documents to the client.
About you:
- Previous experience in the same or similar role.
- Construction / building degree or diploma is desired but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A consistent work history.
- Broadcast experience is desired but not essential.
