THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team in the newly created Office Assistant role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational and people skills, and are eager to contribute to a collaborative workplace, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the first point of contact for initial email enquiries. This will involve:
- Contacting customers to gather basic information
- Recording information into our quote management system
- Booking energy consultations
- Efficiently handle and assist with phone queries to ensure a positive and responsive customer experience.
- Effectively work with our various departments including Admin, Sales & Marketing to offer seamless assistance and contribute to team success.
- Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry and systematic file management.
- Undertake day-to-day office tasks and handle ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Maintain and adhere to the policies and the procedures of the company
WORKING HOURS
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
