Job description

This Entry Level role will allow the right candidate to gain and develop the essential skills to have a growing career in real estate. 

In this supportive role, the candidate will assist the office with tasks such as but not limited to: 

  • Greeting clients 
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Assistance to Property Management & Sales Departments
  • Database management including data entry and bulk communications
  • Managing various software systems
  • Assisting with the drafting of letters and notices
  • Maintain general office cleanliness & presentation
  • New business canvassing 
  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Assist with property management and leasing duties where required to do so
  • Conducting and/or assisting with open homes
