Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious association who are seeking an Event & Engagement Coordinator to provide organisational, operational and administrative support to the Insights and Engagement team, supporting with the execution of their marketing, events and engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of student events and resources.
- Maintaining and organising the engagement event and social calendars.
- Creating and facilitating necessary meeting and event communications, invitations and bookings.
- Monitoring and coordinating all relevant collateral.
- Assisting with the management of and content development for the multiple social media channels.
- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of key documents, resources and online web pages as required.
- Responding to general queries received by phone and email.
Essential Competencies:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Exceptional social media knowledge and skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous (2-3 years) social media and administration experience.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Database experience and web exposure (i.e., basic HTML).
- Good organisation, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proof reading.
