About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
The work location will be at our Cannington campus. Free parking available.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Provide support to various committees
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings and events
- Ensure timely communication and sharing of information by drafting correspondence and staff announcement emails, establishing and maintaining an appropriate correspondence tracking system, and disseminating information on behalf of the Executive Management team
- Manage and maintain executive files and confidential information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including demonstrated experience in coordinating workflow, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and effectively balancing competing demands.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in the education management industry is highly preferred
