About the role:
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the planning and delivery of the Victorian Government's multibillion-dollar health infrastructure program including $16.6 billion in managed assets and $9.21 billion in planning and delivery, with an additional circa $10 billion in new Government commitments.
Our work includes planning and building new hospitals and ambulance stations, aged care and mental health facilities, early parenting centres, redeveloping existing hospital facilities as well as replacing and upgrading engineering infrastructure.
The VHBA is expanding our teams to help deliver a large pipeline of health capital projects across Victoria.
The Executive Assistant provides professional high level administrative and executive support and related services to the Senior Executive Program Director, Parkville and Arden within the Victorian Health Building Authority.

Specialist expertise
Knowledge of the department and its operating practices as well as government processes and information systems would be advantageous.
