About the role
As the Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage the Regional Director's office by providing a high level of administrative support. You will be the first point of contact and liaison for staff and stakeholders, so it is crucial to be well-presented and well-informed. You will support and assist the Regional Director and Regional Leadership Team in managing the Region and achieving regional/divisional objectives and corporate initiatives. You will establish and maintain an efficient office system, manage office files and other records, and act as a conduit internally/externally for the Regional Director, providing professional administrative support at all times.
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in an administrative role with responsibility for the management of an executive or senior executive/s activity.
- Co-ordination of daily activities for the Regional Director.
- Demonstrated experience in multiple portfolio management.
- A proven track record working professionally with confidential information.
- Stakeholder Management and Customer Service Focus (internal/external).
