About the Role:
As Executive Assistant to the Executive Managers, your role is an integral part of operations at Enabling Pathways. You will act as the Executive Managers’s right hand, and be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to coordinating and managing the schedule of the Executive Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, handling and preparing information, and prioritising and organising tasks.
As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve:
- Coordinating and managing the schedule of the Executive Managers,
- Communicating the needs of the Executive Managers with appropriate colleagues,
- Preparing audits and reports,
- Filtering, responding to, and managing emails,
- Creating presentations,
- Research and preparation for meetings,
- Assisting in event planning and management,
- Taking meeting minutes,
- Maintaining confidentiality in all tasks,
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in administration or secretarial positions,
- Exposure to the NDIS and Child Safety sectors,
- Strong organisational skills,
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively,
- Ability to work effectively under pressure,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills,
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Ability to build trust and rapport with others,
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Administration or secretarial studies
- Training in finance and/or strongly financially minded
- Current Queensland Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Open Driver License
- Clean Police Check dated within 6 months
- Proof of Citizenship or Visa if applicable
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module
- High level of PC literacy and proficient with Microsoft suites
