The Opportunity:Unique opportunity for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support MD and Production Manager, liaising with Leadership, collaboratively supporting and providing high level of administrative support in a coordinated, well organised and timely manner.

Duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Be the key contact for the Managing Director and Production Manager while coordinating with partners and clients on a international level.
- Arrange meetings, set agendas, take meeting notes, and take meeting minutes and action tasks and communicate with relative departments.
- Support and guide the to C-Suite administrative matters.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for Projects.
- Seek advice on matters with internal stakeholders, advise on marketing and financial updates and directions.
- Support and deliver the contractual and reporting needs as required.
- Marketing and events, website and digital media management, marketing material.
- Calendar management, travel coordination for interstate and international, itinerary planning, accommodation.
- Assist with preparation of legal documents, contracts, register management, while being confidential.
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous proven experience as an Executive Assistant with sound competence and proven experience with the above tasks.
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication both written and oral.
- Proactive, forward thinking and creative.
- Advanced MS Office skills, must be experienced with Excel.
- Strong use of initiative, confident communicator and outcome driven.
