Working alongside our extremely experienced Principal Bianca Taylor, this position provides an ideal opportunity for someone to develop and establish a career as an Executive Assistant, to experience all The Property Co. SA has to offer.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate property marketing material including photography/videography
- Plan and manage effective marketing campaigns
- Diary management including scheduling meetings, appointments and prioritising conflicting needs
- Preparation and distribution of relevant documentation related to the sale process
- Work directly with internal / external clients
- Assist with the management of Vendors & Purchasers alike with honest feedback
- Assist with social media presence
- Showcase properties to potential buyers – private & open inspections
- Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions
- Coordinate and attend pest inspections, building inspections and valuations
- Manage appraisal to list processes and sale to settlement processes
- Assisting and learning from the director with adhoc sales duties
Qualifications
– Valid real estate license OR;
– Willingness to obtain licence & training
– Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
