What you'll be doing
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to our Executive General Manager, Group Finance. This role will also provide administrative support to the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and email management for our EGM
- Organise internal and external meetings, including IT requirements and welcoming visitors
- End to end arrangement of complex travel itineraries
- Invoice and expense claim management
- Liaise with key stakeholders and compile information
- Develop, proofread and format presentations
- Coordinate training, workshops and other events including scheduling, venue arrangements and catering (both in Australia and overseas)
- Develop and maintain department databases, filing systems and the team intranet site
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in providing high level executive support within a Corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and use initiative
- Outstanding level of attention to detail
- Strong diary and time management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint

The Corporate Office provides corporate services and support to the autonomous Wesfarmers divisions, helping to enable the achievement of Group objectives. The Corporate office leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group's reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
