As such, the ability to engage and work with people remotely is essential. Sydney and Melbourne-based applicants may also be considered.The successful candidate will have a friendly disposition, a genuine interest in the business and the ability to identify areas where they can add value, remove or eliminate unnecessary duties or distractions, support business improvement initiatives, provide some data management and general support where required.You'll be proactive, and willing to take on a range of tasks to support the success of the team, as well as providing occasional support to your peers and the broader RPS Advisory team.,Key responsibilities
- Provide Executive supporting including diary and inbox support to EGM
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations (using PowerPoint) and other document formats.
- Support business improvement initiatives including some data analysis and administering corporate systems.
- Coordinate and attend Executive meetings. Take minutes and track action planning and progress.
- Conduct research and collate and analyse data to prepare reports and documents as required (including Executive papers, utilisation reports and monthly board reports to the RPS Segment Leadership Team).
- Undertaking tasks as part of the employee on-boarding and exit process, including performing inductions, initiating IT access changes and recording the issue/return of IT equipment.
- Coordinate conference and business travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Assist organising external and internal client events as requested. Duties may include, but not be limited to, creating mailing lists, producing invitations, organising catering, booking of venues and checking for AV requirements internally.
- General administrative and office coordination tasks as required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience providing administrative and executive support at a senior level.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft apps
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality and accurate work.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to prioritise, work autonomously and work to deadlines.
