AddressDepth Logistics is a fast growing international freight forwarder with our Corporate HQ at Coolangatta and operations offices in Brisbane and Toowoomba. We act for government and civilian clients globally.
We are seeking a full time senior Executive Assistant with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role to support the directors and senior management team at our high tempo Coolangatta office.
Using initiative and having very good organisational and interpersonal relationships skills is required. Prioritisation, multi-tasking and good attention to detail is essential. You will also demonstrate an ability to act with complete confidentiality.
Defence Force experience would be highly regarded but not essential however you must have an ability to obtain an NV1 defence security clearance if required to do so.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide exceptional Executive Assistant and Personal support
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Diary and calendar management
- Provide high level and effective administration support to the executive team
- Preparing agendas and distribution of meeting minutes
- Coordinating meetings and events for the team and clients
- Management of office supplies
- Travel Management
- Company intranet content management
- Management of highly sensitive and confidential information
- Other general office and secretarial duties
Qualifications:
Business diploma or a degree in administration, finance, marketing or secretarial fields
Applicants must have a drivers licence and be able to run errands in company vehicles
