AddressClient is a good quality and established builder / developer based in Brisbane’s CBD. They are looking to engage the services of a corporate Personal / Executive Assistant to support the MD and other Directors.
Your new role
The role is key support to the MD and other Directors. As an EA/PA you'll be providing high-level and confidential executive and administrative support to the Directors and will be playing a crucial role in facilitating the effective leadership of the business. Your responsibilities will include diary management, correspondence preparation, office system maintenance, data coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered candidates will a need a proven ability to manage diaries, prepare executive correspondence, and coordinate administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Candidates would need a meticulous attention to detail in maintaining records, organising travel, and ensuring accuracy in contract administrative support.
Candidates would also have strong initiative to proactively resolve issues independently and a good capability to develop and maintain working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
