Position: Office Administrator/Executive Assistant
Role Overview: We're seeking a highly organized Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing high-level support to our executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating administration staff.
- Maintain office records, manage supplies, and handle HR tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events and assist with reconciliation of corporate expenditure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in a nonprofit or education setting preferred but not required.
