Manage the entire back-end of the sales process from list to settlement, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also attend team meetings, organise styling, confirm appointments, run two busy diaries, prepare market reports, manage supplier relationships, and refine processes to facilitate further growth.
- Diary and email management
- Screen calls, confirm appointments
- Execute agency agreements and order contracts
- Book auctioneers and schedule inspection times
- Prepare proposals and appraisal follow up
- Manage all sales administration and compliance
- Attend photos shoots and get properties ready to go to market
- Project management for house preparation for the purpose of sale
- Manage exchange to settlement paperwork
- Prepare vendor reports and auction packs
- Manage agent social media and marketing campaigns
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- 2+ years real estate experience in a similar role
- Extensive administration and organisation skills
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A team player who enjoys building relationships
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Immaculate presentation
- A solid understanding of the residential sales process
