Orygen Specialist Program (OSP), a program of the Royal Melbourne Hospital, provides specialist mental health services, focusing on early intervention, for young people aged 15 to 25 with severe and complex mental illness.
Your new role:
- Diary management and schedule coordination of Director of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Governance and Director of Medical Workforce
- Planning and coordinating events and meetings
- Writing memos, meeting minutes, reports and presentations
- Coordination of Medical Workforce, including staff rotations, on-call rosters, staff training, queries regarding pay and timesheets
- Provide support to the committees relevant to the executive members
- Work collaboratively with Executive team, other Executive Assistants, internal and external stakeholders
- Comprehensive previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail
- Competent computer skills with Microsoft office and ability to learn new systems
- Understanding and experience working in the health sector (highly desirable)
