We have a national presence with domestic operations in NSW, WA and QLD servicing both national and international markets.
This is a dynamic and pivotal role that provides support predominantly to the General Manager and the Senior Leadership Team, as required.
KEY DUTIES
- Direct executive support by managing schedules, priorities and communication
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings
- Meeting preparation including agendas, presentations, meeting notes, submissions and materials
- Compiling information for reporting
- Efficient diary/calendar management for the General Manager
- Expense management
- Travel arrangements, hire car, flights, accommodation
- Perform high level administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in an executive or personal assistant role
- Work comfortably in an industrial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, positive approach and ability to work autonomously to ensure tasks are completed
- High level of self-motivation and commitment
- High level of computer skills with proficient skills in all Microsoft packages
- Driver’s licence
