A little bit about the position:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of your Executive's schedule and day-to-day activities. A business that handles high-stakes deals with precision and enthusiasm, they are looking for a bright individual who will make a massive impact.
What will your day look like?
  • Adding meetings and events that come into the inbox directly to your Exec's calendar
  • Five days in their Eastern Suburbs office
  • Arranging travel, locally, domestically or internationally
  • Anticipate the needs of partners and proactively address any potential challenges
  • Taking admin tasks off your Executive so they can put more focus into the growth of the business
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks
  • General office admin overflow with precision and attention to detail

Ideal candidate profile:
  • OUTSTANDING communication skills, you're a real people person and connect with people effortlessly
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is happy to take on extra tasks to support
  • Your attention to detail is top-tier
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and prioristise tasks effectively
  • Experience dealing founders, banks, HNWIs favoured
  • Someone who wants to grow alongside a hustling business with a great attitude and the drive to succeed
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and organise and maintain files and records
  • Bubbly, outgoing personality that is happy to work hard and play hard!
