Job description

Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment, due to recent growth within their thriving business, our client is looking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their award winning team!

Our Client

Our esteemed client, an award-winning and vibrant property-based/Real Estate business, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Renowned for their innovative approach to property management, they consistently deliver exceptional results to their clientele. With a demonstrated track record in the Real Estate industry, their pioneering marketing strategies, combined with their sales proficiency, consistently yield superior outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Principal, they are passionate about providing excellent service to their clients.  You will share their passion for property, demonstrate a professional work ethic, embrace their team culture and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working six days a week (Monday - Saturday), you will be rewarded for your efforts!

Your duties will include:

  • Calendar management
  • Answering phones and handling enquiries on behalf of the Principle
  • Wages using Xero
  • Accounts Payable - Xero
  • Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect their brand values and services
  • Event management (social events, private events and client events)
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of administration procedures and systems
  • General administration duties which will reflect directly to the Principle's private requirements:  Eg Dry Cleaning
  • Other duties as required

About You

Ideally you will have similar experience in a similar role supporting a driven team preferably within the Real Estate industry.

You must be a team player and have an ability to build relationships both internally and externally and meet critical deadlines.  You will have strong work ethics, and have the right attitude to want to work in his top shelf business.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • At least 4+ years experience currently working as an Executive Assistant preferably from within the Real Estate industry
  • Understand what is necessary for an Agency to elevate to the next level
  • Intermediate to advanced Xero and Microsoft skills (preferrable)
  • Immaculate personal presentation - you will be in front of clients
  • Proactive with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Motivated with driven attitude and the ability to add value to the Principle
  • Strong multi-tasker
