This position provides support to the CEO including a range of executive, administrative and confidential secretarial services. Importantly, the role will manage key relationships within the Trust and with external stakeholders.
A key priority for the role is managing the email inbox, schedules and appointments of the CEO. The role will be required to attend to a diverse range of matters submitted for the consideration of the CEO and determine necessary priorities and approval methods.
The role will also provide secretariat support to the governance function of the Trust including collation and distribution of Board and Committee papers and minute taking for Board and Committee meetings.

This is a full-time, 6-month leave cover position from March to September and will be based in the Melbourne CBD Office.
We welcome flexible work and working-from-home arrangements, the ideal arrangement for this role would provide contact and support for the CEO over 4-5 days. The role offers a full-time base salary of $94,610 p.a plus 11% super.
