This role involves all aspects of executive assistance and administrative support, including:
- Anticipate the needs of your Executive and provide support with discretion and confidentiality
- Liaising with senior leaders and professionals across the organisation
- Efficient diary and email management to ensure priorities are highlighted and actioned
- First point of contact to facilitate prompt action and flow of information
- Drafting agendas/briefing packs/minutes for varied audiences (including Board Committees)
- Maintaining accurate administrative systems
- Writing and formatting confidential documents
- Provide ad-hoc administration and project support as required
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a finance / Board related portfolio
- Able to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably, using analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems
- Excellent organisational skills and can balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Able to build relationships across a diverse range of people with a collaborative approach and style
