Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service is a not-for-profit organisation providing world class aeromedical, search and rescue services to those in need 24/7. About the position
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join us in the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, based at our Broadmeadow Office. In this exciting new role, you will provide high-quality, confidential, and timely administrative support to the CEO, Board members, and the General Counsel/Company Secretary.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and forums.
- Facilitating meetings, developing agendas, paper preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Producing and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintaining business registers and databases.
- Providing administrative support for executive-level business functions.
- Arranging domestic and international travel for the CEO and Board members.
About you
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant at the senior executive Level.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mentality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail, strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer literacy utilising Microsoft office software and technology.
