Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service is a not-for-profit organisation providing world class aeromedical, search and rescue services to those in need 24/7. The Service has more than 40 years of proud history, and operates from three bases in NSW (Tamworth, Belmont, Lismore) in addition to a Head Office and Deep Level Maintenance (DLM) facility based in Broadmeadow NSW. About the position

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join us in the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, based at our Broadmeadow Office. In this exciting new role, you will provide high-quality, confidential, and timely administrative support to the CEO, Board members, and the General Counsel/Company Secretary.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and forums.
  • Facilitating meetings, developing agendas, paper preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Producing and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintaining business registers and databases.
  • Providing administrative support for executive-level business functions.
  • Arranging domestic and international travel for the CEO and Board members.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant at the senior executive Level.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy utilising Microsoft office software and technology.
