As an integral part of Team Rigopoulos/Beavis you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing sales and administrative support to Sam, Paula and the team.

About the role
The Executive Assistant is the glue that holds the team together and the role is very diverse, with the main tasks;
- Managing diaries, emails and calendars
- Preparing sales appraisals and listing presentations
- Co-ordinating with vendors, buyers and external suppliers
- Co-ordinating advertising and marketing
- Co-ordinating and managing Open For Inspections
- Processing sales files, ensuring compliance
- Organising auction day services
- Pre and post client care
- Market research and associated reports
About you
With a commitment to going above and beyond in your work, you will have;
- 4 years + working as an Executive Assistant to either an individual or a team
- Real estate experience would be an advantage (but not essential)
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to future forecast and be proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly written communication
- Smart personal presentation
