Job description:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to maintain the efficient operation of the office of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) - Ward 3D, including the provision of administrative, clerical, reception, and secretarial support.

The role: Maintain the efficient operation of the office of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) - Ward 3D, including the provision of administrative, clerical, reception, and secretarial support.
As a team member of Ward 3D actively support the delivery of a comprehensive range of administrative and service operations functions which facilitate the efficient operation of the office.
Assist and support the NUM in the management of human, material, and financial resources for Ward 3D, including rostering, coordination of specific HR processes, and a diverse range of complex tasks to achieve specified Section outcomes.
