We are currently seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help streamline our operations. This part-time/contractor role requires a commitment of 3 hours a day, for 3-5 days a week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and organise administrative tasks, including filing, handling emails, and scheduling.
- Efficiently manage calendar appointments, tasks, and documentation.
- Draft and prepare email responses and correspondences.
- Schedule and book appointments, ensuring smooth management of upcoming events.
- Act as a central point for managing professional contacts and communications.
**Skills and Knowledge Required:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Skilled in email management.
- Capable of handling calendar and scheduling tasks.
- Competence in using OneDrive for file management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
