- Newly created position to drive business process improvement and sustainability
- Join the Executive leadership team of a contemporary community care organisation
- Collaborate and partner across the business to achieve better outcomes
The Position
The contemporary, multi-state community care organisation, Annecto, seeks to appoint a highly talented business process improvement specialist to become its Executive Manager Business Improvement. This is a newly created executive leadership position with the express focus of championing the adaptation of the organisation to the continuously changing business and service environment. It will play a vital part in ensuring that Annecto continues to provide services that are high quality, person centered and financially viable.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and sitting within the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Manager Business Improvement will take a continuous improvement approach and apply a sustainability lens to manage organisational BI, manage the overall development of new digital and non-digital products and services, and oversight business process design for major organisational systems. There is strong appetite within the business for this function and the new Executive will get support from a committed and high functioning team.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business process improvement leader who has a deep understanding of business drivers and a track record of managing the implementation of continuous improvement projects. Recognised as a collaborator who has high emotional intelligence, the incumbent will bring a sense of positivity and the strong ability to inspire and influence. A technology background with a broad understanding of digital transformation is advantageous but not essential. Experience gained within consumer directed care environments will be considered favourably as will be an understanding of government funded services.
This position could be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
The Organisation
Annecto is a well-established provider of disability and aged care services across Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. The organisation leads the way with in-home services and independent living for people with high care, dementia care or complex disability support needs.
Employing over 1,000 committed staff, the organisation is known for listening, respecting, and celebrating the human rights of all individuals and their choices, hopes and dreams.
Annecto’s strategic directions include growth in scale, influence and outcomes alongside sustainability.
