- Maintaining and managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings and dealing with any changes
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Arranging travel including flights, visa's and detailed itineraries
- Maintaining quality and precision in documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- General high-level administrative support with on-going special projects
- Working alongside the Marketing and Sales team to support marketing initiatives, sales presentations and contributing to brainstorming sessions
- Planning, organising and executing medium - large scale events
The ideal candidate
- Prior experience working in a similar Team Assistant or EA position
- High level of initiative and integrity
- Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills
- A highly organised, efficient and detail orientated individual
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Tech savvy and accurate typing skills
