Experienced Property Manager (No Weekends)

Property Manager -Curtis & Blair Real Estate - NO WEEKENDS

With a focus on customer service, we are seeking an additional team member to work alongside our progressive team. To be successful in this role you must have natural enthusiasm and a friendly attitude along with impeccable attention to detail, to fill the role of a Property Manager.

This opportunity is for an EXPERIENCED real estate enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves in the field to learn from Medowie's leading agency. Offering the successful candidate a dedicated and supportive team environment and an abundance of opportunities to grow with the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to;

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients (tenants and owners)
• Manage the portfolio efficiently and professionally
• Maintain regular and effective communication with lessors and tenants
• Adhere to all Property Management legal obligations
• Be at the forefront of innovation and evolution in Property Management
• Keep up to date with current rental market values and ensuring rents are reviewed and increased inline with the RTA legislation
• Efficiently process lease renewals
• Organise and perform regular inspections in line with due dates
• Follow up and action rental arrears daily
• Maintenance/Job requests are actioned, followed up and completed within a timely manner
• Handle and effectively manage tenancy disputes
• No weekends and no overtime

THE PERSON IDEAL FOR THIS POSITION;

• Previous experience in real estate as a Property Manager is a MUST
• Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• Hold a current driver's license and reliable car
• Is a great communicator, friendly and possesses exceptional people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
• Well-developed computer skills
• Possess a high level of organisation and time management skills
• Willing to work hard and have a team first attitude
• Most importantly - have a little fun
