ISS Facility Services is looking for an accomplished, Key Account leader to join the team in the Full Time role of Contract Manager. This role will be the senior manager responsible for a long term strategic partnership with a key client in the education sector with secondary schools in the Northern and Southern suburbs of Adelaide.
The Opportunity:
To provide vision, leadership and management to a great onsite team, who are delivering an exceptional integrated facilities management service to 2 large secondary schools in growth areas of Adelaide. These are brand new facilities that have been beautifully designed and as such are needing an experienced FM operator who knows their way across a large scope of both hard and soft service provision.
This opportunity would suit a natural multi-tasker who is able to prioritise and direct onsite operational management but with our client’s purpose in mind, have a desire to work in an environment where some of our communities most vulnerable individuals are being educated.

What we are looking for:
- Experience within the FM industry (with technical expertise across hard and soft services) or similar experience from service industry and supplier management
- Contract management experience – PPP experience desirable
- Industry Qualifications or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across a matrix organisation
- Demonstrated human resource management skills and industrial relations knowledge.
- Excellent commercial skills with sound understanding of Financial/Budget knowledge and processes
- High level operational management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in innovative best practices regarding customer service
- Goal, project and achievement oriented
The successful candidate for this role will also need to pass an Australian National Police Check and DHS Working with Children Check (SA).
