Facilities Manager - Commercial CBD

Property Network of Australia is currently seeking a Facilities Management professional to take on an initial temporary contract role at 2 x A Grade commercial assets, with long term tenants you will be working in a dynamic day to day set up and should have previous base building FM experience.  Our client is a national property firm with opportunities to potentially go temporary to permanent, fantastic role and client based in Melbourne's  CBD.  Car is a requirement to travel between assets in Melbourne CBD & Inner Northern CBD Suburbs as required. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote, attend to and supervise the proper care of the building operations, systems, installations, facilities and finishes.
• Instruct service contractors, supervise their attendance and monitor their performance at the building and ensure that remedial action is implemented without delay.
• Building Services Schedule and timing
• Compliance with Annual Fire Safety Statements
• Minor Capital Works carried out to Budget and Reported.
• Compliance Reports
• Insurance Risk Responses
• Monthly Operations Report by property
• Preventative Maintenance Schedules are developed
• Liaise with the WH&S team to ensure compliance
• Ensure KPIs are achieved
