In this role you will manage all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of a Care Manager and all floor staff, along with support from a Regional Manager who visits monthly.

Requirements:
- Experience in a Facility / Residential Manager role within Aged Care is essential
- High level communication skills
- Experience across Accreditations, Aged Care & legislation & OHS
- Highly organsied and an ability to use and setup systems
- Current AHPRA Registration
