- 3-month temporary assignment with immediate commencement.

About the Opportunity:
Working in partnership with the Faculty of Science, the HDR Programs Officer is responsible for providing administration support to the Higher Degree Research program. This role is integral in delivering on the Faculty's strategy as it relates to research.
- Coordinate enquiries, admissions, scholarships and training programs between the Graduate Research School and Faculty Schools.
- Support academics in establishing and promoting scholarships and communications.
- Provide secretarial support and advice to the Research Degrees Committee, including minute-taking and following-up action items.
- Assist in the implementation of communications materials, website content, and induction materials.
- Support the Faculty in delivering events, workshops and retreats.
- Previous experience in the Higher Education sector.
- 3-5 years' experience in Administration roles.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client service delivery.
