Field Sales Representative

Are you an energetic, craft-beer-loving sales professional? The Thieves are on the hunt for an experienced and charismatic Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team! The successful candidate will be representing Running with Thieves Brewery & Distillery out on the open road and will be responsible for attracting new clients and sourcing new distribution locations. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Running with Thieves and can’t stop talking about it! To be successful in this role, the Field Sales Representative will have a can-do attitude and the charisma and charm to get Running with Thieves products into every bar, restaurant, club and bottle shop in town!

ABOUT US:

Situated on the doorstep of South Beach (how lucky are we!), Running with Thieves is a wholly owned independent brewery and distillery that produces award-winning products. We are a friendly, fast-paced, collaborative team who work together to achieve desired outcomes.

The Running with Thieves brewhouse produces a range of craft beers and RTD’s, whilst our distillery produces an exclusive range of gin, vodka, rum and whiskey with all of our products produced and packaged on-site.  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Someone with an intimate understanding and passion for craft beer, spirits and a genuine love of the beverage industry
• Shaking up the sales approach, whether that means going from venue-to-venue, cold calling, casual beer catch ups, presentations, brewhouse dinner etc. in order to build and maintain relationships 
• Be creative with Running with Thieves promotions in order to secure new business wins 
• Work strategically to develop new sales methods and sway clients and customers 
• Be memorable in all the right ways. We are looking for someone with the proven ability to network and build relationships
• Provide exceptional brand experience as one of the faces of Running with Thieves
• Generate brand awareness and deliver exceptional customer service
• Be self-motivated with the ability to structure and organise your own work outcomes
• Make sure to smile and have fun with it! Beer is fun! 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3+ years minimum commercial sales experience
• You may be able to talk the talk, but can you walk the walk? We will require a proven track record of sales achievement and personal quota records 
• Computer literacy and communication skills are essential 
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance - We are a cutting-edge brand that needs cutting-edge people on board this ship
• Be a critical thinker and problem-solver 
• Reporting to the Western Australian based National Sales Manager, the successful applicant will need to have the ability to work independently as well as in a team 
• Current driver's licence and the right to work in Australia 
• Current RSA certificate
