Finance Manager

Reporting to the Group General Manager Finance, your role will provide high quality accounting and financial advice to the CPL Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a high performing finance team
• Provide accurate and timely financial results, in line with reporting timelines
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all entities within the CPL Group
• Submission of all compliance requirements including monthly BAS, quarterly PLSL, quarterly FBT for each entity
• Submission of all financial acquittals in accordance with funding agreements
• Preparation of monthly financial accounts
• Effectively manage cash flow including preparation of monthly cash flow reports
• Provide accurate and timely information and reporting to executives and stakeholders
• Build and maintain highly effective relationships across the CPL organisation
• Support and develop members of the finance team

Can you bring:

• Experience in ERP system (Technology One CIA desirable)
• Strong financial process and system skills and knowledge
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards
• Advanced Excel skills
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• High level organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-managed to meet deadlines
• CA or CPA (or similar)
• Solid professional experience in a Financial Management position in Australia
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor a high performing team
• National Police Check, NDIS Clearance and Blue Card (we can help).
