SalaryHighly regarded and fast growing ASX listed Property Investment business on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join the business.
Reporting into the GM of Finance you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Accountants. You will manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes for the relevant Managed Funds and entities.
You will oversee statutory reporting requirements for the Managed Funds, including preparation of financial reports. In addition you will manage audit and tax processes for the Managed Funds. You will also review monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting for investors.
In addition you will prepare/review annual budgets for all Managed funds - both property and trust level. You will also prepare managed funds finance board papers and oversee distribution of the Board Pack to Directors.
Finally you will assist with due diligence and ad hoc tasks as required to support the Funds Management Business.
To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA qualified and have 5-10 years relevant work experience. Previous experience working as a Finance Manager within Property Funds will be highly desirable.
