Your New Role:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will be tasked with a challenging variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Accounting Support to Finance Team Members
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable Supplier Invoice Processing (Domestic & FX)
- Accounts Payable Supplier Reconciliations to Statements
- Accounts Receivable Daily Cash Receipting
- Recording Receipts & Payments
- Preparation of Aged TB for Customer & Supplier Reporting
- Recording Transactions (including foreign currency) for multiple entities
- General Ledger & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Practical experience in an accounts role or accounts payable role
- Accurate, fast, and proficient data entry skills
- Intermediate excel skills is advantageous
- Sybiz Accounting Software experience will be highly regarded
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Ability to adapt to new processes and systems quickly
- A proactive, professional demeanour, with strong interpersonal skills
