A new exciting opportunity now exists for a talented Financial Controller to join their team.
The Role:
In a newly created role reporting to the Managing Director and leading a small finance and administration team, the Financial Controller’s purpose is to provide financial assistance to the Directors and the Management Teams to maintain financial integrity and accuracy, and to continue the business improvement process.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and hands-on with day-to-day accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial systems
- Overseeing AR and AP management and Payroll functions
- Interface with senior management and key stakeholders and provide strategic financial analysis
- Tax Compliance – GST, PAYG, PAYGI and FBT
- Managing company-wide IT systems across multiple sites
- Create timely Management Reports and Board Papers
To be successful in this new exciting role you will have experience in a senior financial management role. Manufacturing accounting experience, either directly with a manufacturer or within a public practice with a portfolio of manufacturing clients.
You must also be CPA or CA qualified.
The Offer:
An attractive salary of circa $165K plus super will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience. This is a full-time, permanent position.
