About the Job:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager for a nationwide and international organisation that specialise in Construction, Fit-out and Management. The company has
a solid reputation and this position has become available from the team growing in size.
The team provides shopfitting services for a variety of industry sectors such as retail
stores, shopfronts, franchise and corporate roll outs, hotels, food outlets, cafes, office
fit-outs and educational institutions. Overseeing all aspects of fit-out, including design,
engineering, specialised and service contractors and joinery manufacturing.
This Project Management team is committed to exceeding their clients expectations
and providing the highest level of quality and service to ensure great and on budget
outcomes for clients.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be entrusted to oversee projects from the initiation to planning,
execution, monitoring, controlling, and right through to successful closure of projects
within specified timelines and budgets. You will serve as the Project Leader, overseeing
all project stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality
assurance protocols. Your role will involve assessing risks, making strategic decisions,and maintaining effective communication channels to drive positive outcomes for all
stakeholders.
What you will bring to the role:
● Thorough understanding of the construction and fit-out industry
● Ability to ensure compliance with contract requirements
● Strong project planning and prioritization skills
● Track record of successfully managing multiple projects
● Proficiency in estimating project costs and managing budgets
● Excellent negotiation skills
● Effective coordination of project activities across various departments
● Proactive communication with stakeholders
● Competence in risk assessment and decision-making
● Ability to develop and implement project procedures
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
● Proven ability to build collaborative relationships
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
● Completion of current trade/tertiary qualifications relevant to the construction
industry
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
● Red/white card certification
