Fleet & Plant Delivery ManagerAbout UsJemena is an Australian energy company who owns and operates over $11.5 Billion worth of gas and electricity transportation assets across Australia supplying millions of households and businesses with essential services every day.About the role:We have a new opportunity for a Fleet and Plant Delivery Manager, you will play an integral role as the subject matter expert while building and leading the enterprise fleet and Plant Delivery streams. The role will form part of the Fleet and Plant leadership team.Your responsibilities will include:Your role as the Fleet and Plant Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving change, process and system improvements, performance and efficiency of the enterprise Fleet and Plant functions whilst also providing guidance and advice for both strategic and operational delivery requirements.This position will be responsible for managing a team of co-ordinators to plan, develop, co-ordinate, implement and manage fleet and plant strategies which meet defined enterprise objectives including operational and project requirements.Overseeing and managing the fleet and plant operations delivery, you will maximise process efficiency and productivity, whilst providing management, direction, coaching and performance planning of the delivery team.Experience:
- Extensive experience in senior management position within fleet and plant, corporate services or asset delivery and management.
- Experience working in SAP ERP or similar ERP management software.
- Demonstrated ability in developing, implementing, and reviewing Fleet and Plant Strategies including developing policies, processes, and procedures to support and ensure enterprise business requirements are met.
- Senior management experience including business management practices, risk management, tendering, agreements, and performance management.
- Exposure to Source to Contract and Procure to Pay best practice.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset or Fleet Management, Business, Procurement or Commercial Management
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of fleet and plant management methodologies including Maintenance, Planning, Scheduling, and operations which delivers effective asset management.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, Condition Monitoring, and assessment
- Knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory compliance requirements including applicable Australian Standards, Acts, Codes and Regulations
- Knowledge of applied principles of ISO 55001
- In-depth understanding of change management
- Sound understanding of the energy market.
