Southgate Automotive Group is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.
We have an exciting opportunity for an automotive Fleet Sales Specialist to join our growing team, based in Reynella. The role is responsible for initiating new Fleet business to our dealership group, with exciting brands with exceptional fleet offerings. You'll be working closely with the Dealer Principals and Sales Managers to identify potential opportunities, work through the sales process to completion and grow our company’s fleet footprint.
You will be responsible for:
- Autonomously managing a number of key FMO partners and overseeing all commercial activity from quoting through to vehicle delivery
- Identifying new fleet opportunities and create lasting relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed fleet targets as set by dealership and manufacturers
- Supporting existing clients and prospecting for new business opportunities in local industry areas
- Maintenance of accurate data logs of all external contacts, sales, deliveries, sales profit etc within our internal systems
- Promoting our dealerships and the Mazda, Volkswagen, GWM Haval and LDV brands to existing and potential clients
The ideal applicant will have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills across all levels. A disciplined approach to time management and the ability to influence are crucial for success in this role. Ideally you'll be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver on all promises made to stakeholders, and demonstrate how you've built and maintained strong relationships at all levels.
