Food & Beverage Manager
A leading private members club located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches has an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager, who has a strong background in events, bar and outlet management. To succeed in this role you will have a passion for providing outstanding member service and enjoy leading a team. This is a hands on role with strong member engagement.
The ideal person will:
- Have at least 4 years’ experience as a Hospitality Manager
- Motivated to succeed and achieve results
- Have a good understanding of food and Australian wine
- Enjoy building rapport with members and be passionate about outstanding customer service
- Be adaptable to change and able to work within a dynamic environment
- Enjoy leading a small team including training, developing and managing HR matters
- Have a strong background in financial management and reporting as it relates to Events and Food & Beverage
- Set and achieve set KPIs with financial and service related targets
- Be proactive in identifying new F&B initiatives that will build member engagement and increase usage of outlets
- Assist with developing and promoting events
- Strong computer literacy and POS skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be able to manage timeframes and be very capable
- Be flexible to work hours as required which includes weekends and whilst it is not essential to live locally please consider the location and travel time
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
