THE OPPORTUNITY
Bimbadgen Estateare currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Managerto join our team.
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will help to lead our hospitality venues on a day-to-day basis across all things Food & Beverage.
Your operational departments will include ESCA Restaurant, Bimbadgen Cellar Door & Woodfire Pizza & Palmers Lane Weddings & Events.
This role will work closely our Hospitality Operations Manager and General Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold our brand's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise profitability and achieve F&B sales budgets.
- Ensure quality and ongoing training is implemented within all departments.
- Daily review & adaption of rosters to reflect business levels.
- Assisting the venues to ensure reservation and customer spend maximisation.
- Providing very hands-on leadership and mentoring of the hospitality team and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Hold regular communication meetings with all Food & Beverage staff.
- Collaborate with the outlet and marketing teams to develop a calendar of events for each outlet that drives customer visitation and satisfaction.
- Cultivate relationships with guests, wine club members, local businesses and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the wine or luxury hospitality industry.
- Experience in regional hospitality/tourism operations is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
- A business mindset with the ability to analyse results, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
- Knowledge of wine and a passion for sharing that knowledge with others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays – this is a hands-on role with the expectation to be in and around outlets during its busiest services.
