Predominantly Monday to Friday, occasional weekends + evenings

THE POSITION
Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service, as well as a variety of functions
Cost control and financial reporting
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training team members
Maintain focus on Food and People safety
THE PERSON
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
Substantial experience in a similar role
Strong experience with high volume food production and functions catering for small and large numbers
Excellent written & verbal professional communication skills
Strong computer literacy
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Experience with managing finances and operating to a budget
