Remuneration: $72,325.57 - $78,531.25 (super inclusive)

About The Role:

The Foundations Admissions Officer will support students as they learn about Bendigo Kangan Institute course offerings, make decisions on course selection, and complete the enrolment process. This role is an important contact point for new and continuing students and will involve resolving enquiries and supporting the end-to-end enrolment process. 

The Foundations Admissions Officer will provide end-to-end customer service, ensuring courses have the right numbers of students enrolled in light of fluctuating demands for student enrolments. The role will specialise in the enrolment process for students in foundation courses and support other student enrolment activities as required.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence
• Experience in an educational environment (desirable)
• Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of Student Management Systems (state and/or federal), Internet Search Engines and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience in developing effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels in the private and public sectors
• An appropriate certificate level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training

Things we will require from you:

• Relevant compliance documents including Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), current police check, certified right to work documentation
