The Role
RNG Lawyers have an excellent opportunity at our Lilydale office for an experienced Receptionist to join our successful and friendly team on a full-time basis.
As the face of the firm, we are seeking a professionally presented team member with a warm and friendly disposition and an excellent phone manner. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position involves:
- Managing incoming calls on a central switchboard for our two offices
- Greeting clients in reception
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing stationery and office consumables
- Posting blogs to our website and scheduling social media posts
- Maintaining our safe custody records
- Providing back up support to our accounts department
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you must:
- have the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- show initiative and possess strong time management skills
- possess a strong team focus
- have excellent computer skills
Experience working in a legal office will be highly regarded but is not essential.
