Our breathtaking resort, positioned at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, will commence a staged opening in 2024, bringing a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre to the river city.
The Gaming Trade Administration Assistant role reports directly to the Gaming Systems & Technical Manager. This opportunity offers an extraordinary opportunity responsible to communicate with suppliers and support administrative and systems related tasks within the Gaming Technical team.
A few of your responsibilities
- To accurately complete administrative and systems related tasks within appropriate timeframes
- Attend to all enquiries in a prompt, friendly and positive manner.
- Maintain stock levels re gaming equipment
- Facilitate the administration duties pertaining to the promotion process within the department.
- Coordinate scheduling processes for Gaming Operations rosters e.g. Shift swaps, Unavailability’s, Leave etc
What we will be looking for
- Administration background
- Prior Gaming Knowledge
- Ability to use a range of relevant computer software.
- High level of personal organisation and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on attention to detail

The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment. Prior experience within the gaming industry is desirable, but not essential.
