- work closely with branch managers, educators, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained across all centres
- oversee day-to-day operations of all learning centres, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- develop a comprehensive strategic plan outlining short and long-term goals for each branch and the organization as a whole
- regularly assess the effectiveness of existing strategies and adjust as needed to meet evolving educational and business trends
- collaborate with branch managers to implement improvements in operational efficiency, staffs cheduling, and resource allocation
- prepare and manage annual budgets, closely monitoring financial performance against targets
- develop and implement professional development programs for educators and staff to enhance their skills and expertise
- collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies that emphasize the unique strengths and offerings of each branch
- a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- minimum of 10 years of leadership experience
- exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
